By entering into an agreement with us you can secure a lump sum to pay off your debts or existing mortgage and decide what to do with the rest. The agreement could include a tenancy for a minimum of 6 months or a longer period if required. This kind of arrangement means that you could still live in your home almost indefinitely but without the hassle of a mortgage or even maintaining the building.

Typically we would agree on a price for the property, then the conveyancing would be done as normal and an Assured Shorthold Tenancy(AST) would be agreed. The AST would 'roll on' indefinitely or an agreement could be signed for a longer period.
